TERMS & CONDITIONS ALL EVENTS
- No refunds other than on cancellation or substantial alteration of the event.
- Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change.
- No unaccompanied under 16's are allowed on site. Under 16's must be accompanied by over 18's.
- Children under 13 (12 years old and under) are free but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- No re-admission. Tickets are non-transferable.
- In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests the Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission and refund the ticket value.
- The Mean Fiddler Music Group and itÃs associated Promoters are unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses, or injuries sustained at this event, including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons.
- The Promoter will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets.
- Tickets are only valid when purchased from official agents of the Mean Fiddler. Tickets bought from other sources will be refused admission.
- Strictly no trading allowed within the arena or campsites without the Promoters consent.
- As a condition of sale ticket holders consent to being filmed or sound recorded as part of the audience.
- Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, whether commercial or non commercial, without the prior written consent of MFMG.
- CCTV and film crews will be present on-site. As a condition of sale ticket holders consent to being filmed or sound recorded as part of the audience.
Information & Notification - All Events
- Disabled Facilities are available - please call 020 8963 0940 for further information.
- Do not buy tickets from street traders and unauthorised agencies. Tickets are security printed & any attempt to pass on any other ticket will lead to automatic refusal at the entrance. Beware of forgeries.
- Official merchandise will be available on site. Please do not buy from unlawful street traders.
- Please use the litterbins provided and do not burn litter or unwanted belongings.
- No unauthorised buses, coaches or trucks will be allowed on site.
- The following items may not be brought onto the festival site:
- Illegal Substances
- Portable Laser Equipment and Pens
- Unauthorised Professional Film or Video Equipment
- Audio Recorders
- Air Horns
- Spray Cans
- Fireworks and Flares
- All Items will be confiscated.
- The following items cannot be taken into the arena:
- Alcohol
- Drinks Bottles and
- Cans
- Sealed water bottles 500ml and under may be brought into the arena.
- Food for personal consumption only may be allowed into the arena. There are food stalls on site.
- You may be body searched at the entrance. Any items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon will be confiscated.
- Persons suspected of carrying items which may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the arena or other parts of the site may be searched.
- No animals other than guide dogs are permitted on site.
- Fires and the Burning of Plastics are not permitted in the Arena.
- To protect your own safety and those of other guests, please act responsibly.
- Entry will only be permitted on production of valid festival tickets.
- Anyone resisting confiscation of disallowed items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction.
- As of July 2007 no smoking is permitted in enclosed public areas

Reading & Leeds Festivals
Please note that tickets are not valid for entry into the arena. Please exchange your ticket for a wristband at the wristband exchange. Busiest times to avoid are between 12 noon - 2.30pm.
